After reaction, rinse with water, 100% glass is left, and glass surface has been altered and the frosted effect won’t be lost over time.
How to make the frosting solution?
Answer: Add 4-5KG HCL(＞30%)into 10KG glass frosting powder,stir the mixture fully and leave it still for 24 hours( or longer for better effect), then fully churn up the mixture then it can be put into the production.(The quantity of HCL added is adjustable according to the glass material,the HCL’s density and the frosted effects required).
