New Type Glass Frosting Powder
Introduction of glass frosting powder I(HCL)
The new type glass frosting powder-II is fit for the etching production of the flat glass, glass jars and other glass crafts.
【Usage】
Add 0.4-0.5 kg of HCL(36%)into1kg of glass frosting powder, stir the mixture fully and leave it still for 24 hours, then fully churn up the mixture then it can be put into the production.
【The process of technology in production】
The clean glass→submerge it into the solution for 15s – 3 minutes, then take out→wash it with clean water→dry it.
【Attention line】
The ventilating facilities should be fixed in the workplace to speed up the discharge of the noxious gas produced in the production.
The frosting solution must be made up in plastic or preservative metal containers.
Wear rubber gloves to prevent burning skin, but if it happens, wash the wound immediately with clean water.
Be sure the surface of the glasswork is clean without oil, wax and gluey impurities.
The solution must be fully stirred when it is put into the production, cover when store up.
In the production, when the solution has etched certain a number of glass products, add some new glass frosting solution into it to make sure the etching effects.
Wash it immediately with clean water when the frosting solution flows into the inner of the glass bottles.
If the first etching is not satisfied, clean it and etch the second time.
When discharge the waste solution, put some quicklime to neutralize the pollution.
【Storage】
The glass frosting powder should be stored up in the dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture.
