Instruction for glass frosting cream
1. Stiring the glass ethching cream evenly before using.
2. Cleaning the glass with pretreatment solution,then clean it with clean water,and drying it.
Remarks: the Preparation method of the pretreatment solution: add 2kg of HCL (＞32%) into 8KG of water ,mix it evenly ,then leave it still for 30-60 minutes before using .
a. Put the plate on the glass.
b. Remarks: the distance between the plate and the glass is about 2mm-5mm.
c. Scraping the proper quantity glass etching cream on the glass surface evenly.
d. take off the plate.
e. Leaving the glass still for 60-120 seconds.
f. Washing away the etching cream on the glass surface with clean water.
g. Drying the glass.
