During the melting process of glass frosted material, if the pressure in the kiln is in a negative pressure operation state, the cold air outside the kiln enters the kiln and causes the following problems:
1. Due to the position of the observation hole and the feeding port and the liquid surface of the boron glass, the intake of cold air will greatly reduce the liquid surface temperature, especially at the feeding port, the pre-melting effect of the batch will be reduced. Therefore, the melting rate of the kiln is reduced.
2. The normal state and hot spot of the flame are disturbed due to the inhalation of cold air. The instability caused by the flame will make the temperature field in the kiln unstable, and it will cause great difficulties in melting the frosted glass material. Therefore, the negative pressure operation of the kiln will greatly reduce the melting effect of the glass, and further cause difficulties in clarification and homogenization, and reduce the product quality.
